- I came across Tom Kenyon in a book and decided to look into his music. I bought this cd based on the other reviews and it is WONDERFUL. It's difficult (for me) to find good music to meditate to; I prefer meditating is silence. Tom is very talented at inducing alpha and theta states. I feel refreshed and fantastic after meditating to his music. Sometimes I'll even put it on to cook or wash dishes to and everything just feels easier when I have his music playing.
